These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered under the useGulin (or stylized as useGulin();) trade name by Andrei Gulin, Individual Entrepreneur (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable App-Specific Terms (“App Terms”). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and App Terms, the App Terms will prevail for that Service. If App Terms are silent on a matter, these Terms apply.

Pricing and payment terms for each Service are specified in the relevant App Terms. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Paddle). We do not store your complete payment card details.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, except where we are required to collect them.
Refund eligibility is defined in the relevant App Terms or required by applicable law.
All intellectual property rights in the Services (including software, trademarks, and content) remain with us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or App Terms.

Termination will not affect your obligation to pay any fees owed, nor will it entitle you to a refund unless specified in App Terms or required by law.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, operate without error, or be secure at all times.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50 if no purchase was made).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Armenia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at https://use.gulin.io/terms with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-Service notifications.
